Any business, no matter what industry, must acquire new business in order to grow.  Every business experiences churn or attrition in regards to their customer base.  It is imperative to replace lost business with new business and continue attracting new business.  The question is how does a business appeal to new customers?  There are many ways to develop strategies for new business development but I want to focus on some marketing strategies.  Below is a simple way to encourage new customer development:

S=    Super Service
